1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and 999j ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 999j online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 999j.vu.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 999j. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balance.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. 999j will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

• OTP (One-Time Password) verification is required during registration and for certain account actions.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.
• 999j reserves the right to require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any point.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 999j are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits must be funded from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 999j.
• Deposits are credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment channel.
• 999j is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• Do not deposit more than you can afford to lose. Set a budget before every session.

5 Gameplay Rules

999j offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, eBingo, fishing games, and table games. Each game type may have its own rules and bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface.

All game outcomes on 999j are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, by the outcomes of live dealer actions broadcast in real time. 999j does not manipulate game outcomes.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

10 Account Suspension and Closure

• Where an account is suspended for investigation, access to the balance will be restricted pending the outcome of the review.
• Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not connected to the breach may be returned at 999j's discretion following verification.
• Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the standard withdrawal process after verification.
